Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
⚠️ Products with broken or tampered seals are not eligible for return or refund, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected, and the return request will be approved or rejected within 2 business days after inspection.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
